Deciding how much you should charge a client or customer is difficult. For many of us it’s a mixture of voodoo and bingo! If you under-charge you will leave money ‘on the table’. Understanding your value and impact should be an important part of your decision. Your price says so much more than simply your price! How should you handle a client pushing back on your price? What are the 3 best things and the 3 worst things to say about your price?
In this 90 minute interactive session you will learn how to earn what you’re worth as we cover these important decisions which are vital when running a business/your own business.
Workshop Two – 31/3/21
Fast Forward your Selling Skills
You may not enjoy selling but it’s such an important skill to develop. Where is the revenue going to come from this year and next? How can I sell as a Trusted Adviser to my clients? How do I build their trust, especially in a virtual world? What do I say when clients ask me “Why should I buy from you?” or “What’s special about you?” Knowing how to answer these questions are so important. How can you use your Super Powers to sell more effectively?
In this 90 minute interactive session you will learn how to ensure clients want to buy from you.

Business Conversations with Senior Clients
Great business comes from great relationships. Great relationships come from great conversations with your clients and customers. You will learn how to plan a great sales conversation with a senior client. How do we ensure we are talking with the decision maker? It’s so easy to find yourself talking with the wrong person or a ‘messenger’. How do handle business conversations on a zoom call?
In this 90 minute interactive session you will develop a structure and plan for your sales conversation with your most important client.
