Living West Designers Forum – Discover your local design community in the West of Ireland!
Are you a designer living & working in the West of Ireland?
Are you looking to connect with other designers working along the Atlantic region?
We at the IDI and Design Skillnet are looking to build connections, community and support for the growing number of design professionals who have made the west of Ireland their home.
Join us for our “Living West” Designers forums hosted by IDI Regional Development Officer Deirdra Mc Beth as we discuss the opportunities, challenges and ways to support designers looking to grow their business in the West of Ireland.
Following last year’s successful IDI Forum for West of Ireland designers, we learned that many of us are unaware of our talented neighbours. To address this, we’re organising smaller lunchtime forums in the North West, West, and Mid-West areas.
Join these gatherings to meet, chat, and explore collaborations with fellow designers in your region. Building a strong professional network is essential, and we want you to be part of it!
Register now for one of our forums open to non-IDI members but also consider joining our professional network in 2024 to join our national forums.
Wednesday, February 7th: North West (Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim)
Wednesday, February 14th: Mid West (Mayo, Galway, Roscommon)
Wednesday, February 21st: West (Clare, Limerick, Tipperary)
The first of these Living West forums are open to non-IDI members– so everyone is welcome. We hope to mingle, network & learn from each other in this first forum dedicated to those living along the Atlantic Region.
