Duration: 3 months, self-paced
Get certified in 3 months following a flexible, structured learning path.
Delivery: Fully online
The course includes five fully online modules, allowing you to learn at your own pace. You’ll have access to all materials for 3 months and can reach out to tutors via email for any support you need with the course.
Assessment: Exam and projects
To earn your certificate, you must complete all lessons and pass the final assessment. The 40-minute online test can be taken on your computer anytime, anywhere.

• Consequences of non-compliance for businesses and users
• Key aspects of the EAA and its digital accessibility requirements
• Core principles and success criteria of WCAG
• Additional standards from EN 301 549 for compliance
Learn to conduct accessibility audits and user research with people with disabilities.

• How to recruit and conduct research with participants with disabilities
• Creating a safe, inclusive research environment
