This workshop will help participants to gain valuable insights and practical knowledge on efficiently and effectively managing projects from inception to completion. Throughout the workshop, participants will delve into fundamental concepts such as understanding project characteristics, mastering project lifecycles, and developing crucial skills for effective team leadership and communication.

The workshops’ unique blend of theoretical foundations and practical applications will empower attendees to manage conflicts assertively, negotiate successfully, set priorities, and optimise time management within the creative industry.

Programme Objectives and What You Will Take Away

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
