This workshop will help participants to gain valuable insights and practical knowledge on efficiently and effectively managing projects from inception to completion. Throughout the workshop, participants will delve into fundamental concepts such as understanding project characteristics, mastering project lifecycles, and developing crucial skills for effective team leadership and communication.
