The 4 classic client objections you are likely to hear in the next few months and ways to respond to those curve balls which can take us by surprise. Prepare for and anticipate client demands. Negotiation and the confidence to be more assertive, and know when and how to say ‘No’.
Positioning your Business to capture opportunities – May 28th 9.30 – 10.30am
Prepare for the upturn and plan for business development with both existing and new clients. Now is a great time to grow stronger relationships with existing clients and to reach out and connect with new prospects. Learn how to work with existing clients to plan for the future and help them see and capture opportunities, and the marketing techniques that work best for creatives and designers to prospect new business and engage new clients.
