FLOW Career Framework
share

The IDI and Design Skillnet are delighted to launch FLOW, a tool for designers and employers to engage and plan career development, together. FLOW is an interactive competency framework and career development tool, designed to help designers and managers understand the expectations of design roles and help guide designers to grow in their careers.

As design professionals navigate their careers, they will need to demonstrate continuous improvement to skills and knowledge and be able to make significant contributions to their teams and organisations. Fundamental to FLOW is the understanding that, while designers primarily serve customers and businesses, there is also an opportunity to influence and elevate the role of design and the evolution of the design industry across Ireland.

Use FLOW to facilitate your professional development and to guide you through your design journey.
