Should I attend the Mentor or Mentee workshop?
Whether you wish to attend the mentor or mentee workshop is ultimately up to you – choose what best aligns with your goals, where you are now and what you want to achieve in your career at this time.
To help you, we have put together these guidelines.
The Mentor workshop is for you if you:
- Have reached a fairly senior level in your career –
- Have built a strong business or reached Deputy/Director/Head Of/Senior Leadership or Management level –
- Or have reached a mid-level in your career –
- And have experience to offer other individuals who are in earlier stages* of their career journey (*this might be just one step behind you or it could be several steps)
The Mentee workshop is for you if you:
- Own or run a small business that you are seeking to grow
- Are at senior management/deputy level and want to take the next step upwards or laterally
- Have reached mid-management and want to progress to senior level
- Or are in the early stages of your career and are keen to progress strongly with intention and focus.
A person may be both a mentor and a mentee. If this is applicable for you please let us know and we can discuss the best approach to the workshops.
