We have partnered up with UX Tree to offer a co-funding subsidy for their mentorship programme. This subsidised fee is available via Design Skillnet and the IDI (Institute of Designers Ireland).
UX Tree is a mentorship programme focused on career development and the improvement of UX skills for mentors and mentees. The Programme provides guidance and support to mentees in developing or improving their professional skills in the field of UX Design and aims to bridge the gap between education and the workplace.
The programme is project-based, with the mentee working on real-world projects under the guidance and support of their UX mentors for a hands-on learning experience.
It focuses on helping UX mentees:
- Improve their UX skills (UX design, including user research, interaction design and prototyping) and problem-solving skills
- Learn about UX workplace culture and become familiar with what it’s like to work in UX
- Develop their professional and soft skills in communication, collaboration and leadership.
Schedule
Duration: 4 months (September 1st 2023 – December 31st 2023).
1:1 Mentorship 8 hours a month (30 mins per week)
Group mentoring sessions (8 hours total)
Mentee Clinics (2 hours total)

Avail of the subsidised price of €275* (€399-€124)
Open to any designer or creative looking to improve their skills in the field of UX design, who already hold a Degree or Diploma in UX (or relevant knowledge) and UX Portfolio; fluent English speakers working in the private sector, based in the Republic of Ireland.
